EasyRemote is sold through renewable subscription licenses rather than one-time purchases. Your license key remains active while your subscription is valid and in good standing.
Checkout and billing are securely handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for EasyRemote orders.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new EasyRemote subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
This policy applies to first-time purchases only and does not automatically apply to renewal charges, upgrades, add-ons, or custom Business arrangements.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid term.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved as an exception after review.
